Rukkhashava Mushrooms grow in sheltered areas around Sumeru, sometimes on trees, so if you head to a Rukkhashava Mushrooms location below and don't see anything, check a tree nearby.
The best place to farm Rukkhashava Mushrooms is the Mawtiyima Forest in the Lokapala Jungle area to the north east of Sumeru – the big mushroom forest. You'll find them growing on the ground at the side of paths, though in other places around the map they will be growing on trees.
