In Mission 3: Spy Academy, your Sniper Elite 5 Kill List target is Fabian Richter, an important official located within the island’s central monastery. To receive a bonus reward, you’ll need to kill Fabian Richter with a stealth takedown. Fortunately, if you position yourself well this is very, very easy to do. In this guide we’ll explain how to kill Fabian Richter in Sniper Elite 5 so you can chalk a name off your Kill List.
Sniper Elite 5 Kill List: How to kill Fabian Richter

Fabian Richter is located in the central monastery of the Spy Academy island. He’s in a meeting with other key German officers at the point marked on the map. You’ll need to head to this area as one of the game’s core objectives, scaling the monastery and obtaining the meeting room key or climbing up to an observation point outside to listen in.
While you can kill Fabian Richter here using a rifle or any kind of explosive, you’ll need to wait until the meeting concludes if you want to complete the stealth takedown objective. Instead of giving yourself away, sneak around the meeting room to the north side where a short stairway leads to a room with a door to a large wooden staircase. You’ll find one guard patrolling this area, so take him out and hide the body out of sight on the balcony to the north.

Once you’ve taken care of the guard, hide next to the short wooden staircase down from the walkway beside the meeting room. When the meeting concludes, Fabian Richter and two other German officers will exit the meeting room and walk down the staircase beside you.

Richter will be at the back of the group, so wait for the three to turn toward the door to the wooden stairs, then sneak up behind him and perform a stealth takedown. He should be separated enough that his fellow officers won’t even notice he’s vanished.
Once you kill Fabian Richter in Sniper Elite 5, all you need to do is finish the level to complete the Kill List challenge. Handily, there should be a sequence of zip lines close to your position to get you down to the ground.
