There are 20 Obsidian Fieldlands Wisp locations to find. Our wisps map lays them out in a route we consider to require minimal backtracking work.

You’ll find all 20 Pokémon Legends: Arceus Obsidian Fieldlands wisp locations on the map shown above. We’ve numbered them in an order that will hopefully minimize backtracking, taking you through the central island, then down the west side of the map before looping around the bottom and up the east side. We recommend hunting wisps at night, as you’ll be able to see the wisps from much further away. If you’re having trouble on any individual Obsidian Fieldlands wisp, check below for more detailed instructions as for where to look.

The first Obsidian Fieldlands wisp is directly southwest from the starting camp. Head around or over the raised section on your right and look for the small flat-topped hill northwest of the Aspiration Hill Marker and southeast of Floara Gardens.

The second wisp location is on the central island’s northwest side, partway up the cliff face. The wisp is on a green ledge above the height of the trees.

Follow the north edge of the central island east, sticking to the base of the cliff. At the point wher the water cuts into the cliff face, there’s a small nook in the rock where you can grab the third wisp.

The fourth Pokémon Legends: Arceus Obsidian Fieldlands wisp is on the east edge of the central island’s mountain. Look for a ledge which has a view down to a lower platform with a tree on it. The wisp is on the plat section at the edge of the grass.

The fifth wisp demands you climb up atop the massive rock sticking out above the Heights Camp. it looks a bit like Pride Rock, only with far fewer lions kicking about. Use Sneazler or Braviary to reach the top and grab the wisp at the very tip.

The next Obsidian Fieldlands wisp location is on the right side of the central island. Between the Os of the markers for the Obsidian Falls and Oreburrow Tunnel, there’s a path along the higher section of land. Walk along it until you reach the end looking down to an acorn tree on the level below. The wisp should be just at the end of the green grassy floor.

The seventh Obsidian Fieldlands wisp is at the southern end of the central island. There’s a small plateau among the trees here, with the wisp sitting close to a tree.

Wisp location #8 is on the small island between Windswept Run and Ramanas Island. Swim over on Basculegion and it should be easy to grab on the northern side of the island.

The ninth Obsidian Fieldlands wisp location is found on the path which leads south from Aspiration Hill to Sandgem Flats. At the point that the water cuts in and an Alpha Snorlax is located, the wisp is up on a platform on the mountain’s side.

For the 10th Obsidian Fieldlands wisp in Pokémon Legends Arceus you’ll need to enter the Lake Verity area. The wisp is northeast of the Lake Verity marker, on a plateau up along the northern water edge.

Head down to Sandgem Flats to reach the 11th Obsidian Fieldlands wisp. It’s found on an angled platform which sticks up at around 45 degrees in the middle of the area, underneath the “a” in Sandgem.

To find wisp 12 in the Obsidian Fieldlands, you now want to hop over the water to Ramanas Island. The wisp is on the southern end of the island, on the lip looking down into the center with the Alpha Infernape. You’ll need to return to this area to collect the Ramanas Island Combee for Request 57.

The 13th wisp is on the southernmost section of the Obsidian Fieldlands, southeast across the water from Ramanas Island. Look right at the end of the land.

You’ll need to climb up the rim of the hill at Turnback Cave to find wisp 14. It’s on the east side of the rim, on a ledge facing towards Firespit Island.

Follow the east coast along to reach the Obsidian Fieldlands wisp 15 location. You’ll need to climb up to the level above the beach, just below the first letter of The Heartwood marker. The wisp is at the end of a ledge before it drops down to the ridges surrounding the Heartwood river.

The 16th Obsidian Fieldlands wisp is northeast of the last wisp, still following the paths along the upper cliff edge. It’s directly south of the outcrop that sticks downward from the central island on its southeast corner.

The Obsidian Fieldlands wisp #17 is further along the east cliff edge, directly east of the Oreburrow Tunnel marker. It’s on a ledge just above a tree with a King’s Leaf on it.

Further north up the east coast there’s a small island in the waters north of the Obsidian Falls. You’ll need to drop down to the water level to reach it, but the wisp is easily collected here.

The 19th Obsidian Fieldlands wisp is found further up the east coast, this time on the southern side of the mountain ridge that pokes in from the east. It’s on a ledge which faces back towards the Obsidian Falls.

The final Obsidian Fieldlands wisp location is back in the safety of the Horseshoe Plains. Look for the lake shaped like an upside down T. North of this, there should be an Alpha Rapidash nearby with a circular raised platform. Climb or fly up to snag the wisp on top.
