How to get Bandana Skull in Halo Infinite

To find this one, you'll need to avoid one particular type of enemy.

In Halo Infinite, Skulls are by far the most difficult collectibles to track down as they’re often hidden in places you’d otherwise never think to look, or places that are hard to reach like the top of The Tower. Not only is the Bandana Skull tricky to find, you can’t get inside the room where it’s located if you kill a specific type of enemy while working your way through The Silent Auditorium.

Confused on what you need to do to get this Skull? We’ve got you covered with a guide on how to get the Bandana Skull in Halo Infinite!

How to get Bandana Skull in Halo Infinite

The Bandana Skull grants unlimited weapon ammo and grenades, and removes equipment cooldown in Halo Infinite.

Requirements:

  • Do not harm or kill Sentinels during The Silent Auditorium mission.
  • Proceed through The Silent Auditorium until you reach a section where you need to construct a bridge. Straight in front of you after you construct this bridge will be an open room, while the marker instructs you to travel down the longer end of the bridge off to the left. Ignore this marker and head straight into the room straight in front of you. On top of the taller platform towards the back of the room, you’ll find the Bandana Skull.

To get the Bandana Skull in Halo Infinite, you’ll need to progress through the campaign until you reach the mission, The Silent Auditorium. As you work your way through The Silent Auditorium, you’ll come across a number of enemies. Rather than killing every single enemy you come across, you’re going to want to avoid harming and damaging one particular flying enemy type… Sentinels.

Fortunately, The Silent Auditorium doesn’t have very many of these. In fact, you’ll primarily encounter them in one large, open room. Given that throwing grenades and shooting at other enemies can potentially result in you dealing damage to these Sentinels, the best option is to use your Grappleshot to rush through to the door at the back end of the room.

Don’t worry, this door is already open for you, and once you get through that door you won’t have to worry about Sentinels any longer. After you’ve avoided damaging and killing Sentinels, you’re set for the next step which is tracking down the room where the Bandana Skull is located.

This room is relatively easy to find, as you’ll simply need to continue through The Silent Auditorium until you come to a section where you need to construct a bridge. In this particular bridge area, there should be an open door directly in front of you, while the marker showing you where to head next sits off to the left down the longer end of the bridge.

Ignore the marker telling you to head left and head straight towards the door in front of you after constructing the bridge.

Ignore this marker and head straight through to the room in front of you, then use your Grappleshot to get up on the taller platform towards the back of the room. There, you’ll find the Bandana Skull. Note that this room will not be open if you’ve damaged or killed Sentinels, instead the door will be shut and locked.

In this instance, your best course of action is to restart the mission and try again. Unfortunately, doing so will put you right back outside the entrance to The Silent Auditorium, but restarting the mission is better than missing the Skull completely as story missions are currently not replayable in Halo Infinite.

The ability to replay missions is something 343 Industries plans to add at a later date, but for right now, if the room to the Bandana Skull is shut and locked, don't skip it and proceed forward through the mission. Simply restart the mission, and try again to avoid harming and killing Sentinels until the door is open for you.

We hope this helps!
