In previous Halo games, Fractures events are special multiplayer challenges. Complete the tasks set and you’ll be able to earn armor sets that aren’t from within the canonical Halo universe. The first of these to hit Halo Infinite is Fractures: Tenrai. Expect Halo Infinite Fractures to take place at regular intervals within the game’s lifetime, as developer 343 Industries creates entertaining new challenges to complete and cosmetics to earn. We may even see Fractures which link Halo Infinite to other popular titles on Xbox systems.

The Halo Infinite Fractures: Tenrai event will start on November 22. It offers the opportunity to earn the Yoroi armor, which you can inspect and even view different customization options for using the Armor Hall menu under the Customize section. It’s a Legendary Armor Core inspired by Japanese Samurai armor.

The in-game description reads: “Samurai armor from a strange realm.”

What we don’t know yet are the challenges that’ll be set during the Halo Infinite Fractures: Tenrai event. It’s likely that the Yoroi armor will get its own content pass (essentially a miniature battle pass) during the event’s running time. This should be visible from the main menu of multiplayer, similar to the battle pass. Work your way through the event levels and you’ll unlock different parts and customization options for the Yoroi armor.

The good news is that you will be able to complete the Halo Infinite Tenrai event alongside the standard battle pass. The experience you earn will contribute to both passes, so work on the challenges that overlap to make significant progress.

We’ll be able to update with further details on the Halo Infinite Fractures: Tenrai event when it arrives next week, or if 343 Industries reveals the content ahead of time. For more Halo Infinite guides and updates, head to our hub page for the game.
