Genshin Impact Amakumo Fruit locations and uses

Added in the 2.1 update, Amakumo Fruit locations are found exclusively on Seirai Island in the Inazuma region. This new island is, at the time of writing, the furthest southeast island in Genshin Impact’s world. It's also, in truth, several small, shattered chunks of island. Amakumo Fruit appear as small blue flowers with darker petals and a glowing, light blue interior.

As shown on the map above (via genshin-impact-map.appsample.com), you can find Amakumo Fruit locations on the central island of Amakumo Peak. You’ll want to circle the inner rim of the cauldron to gather the largest bunches, then make your way around the island’s outer edges, ensuring you grab the clumps of ten or more in the southeast and southwest sections of Amakumo Peak.

If you’re really desperate to find more Amakumo Fruit locations in Genshin Impact, the north and northeast islands close to Fort Hiraumi feature small clusters, as does the western island segment between Amakumo Peak and Asase Shrine.

Fitting for such a bold, electric plant, Amakumo Fruit are used as an Ascension material for the Raiden Shogun. The ruler of Inazuma is available to obtain in the Reign of Serenity event banner, which runs until September 21. If you’re planning to collect her, we’d highly recommend that you start farming Amakumo Fruit locations in advance of adding her to your team. There are currently no crafting uses for Amakumo Fruit.

The official description for Amakumo Fruit in Genshin Impact is as follows:

“The fruit of the Amakumo Grass, which grows on Seirai Island. You can hear it crackling with a tiny current if you hold it up to your ear.”
