Pokemon Unite items list

Pokemon Unite items come in two types: Battle Items and Held Items. Battle Items are used by your trainer to give your Pokemon a temporary boost, while Held Items offer a passive bonus to your Pokemon throughout the match. We’ve got the info on all of them below.

Battle Items can be used to gain a temporary boost at a key moment in battle. You’ll only be able to use on battle item throughout a match, so pair it carefully with your Pokemon.

Goal Getter

Doubles goal-scoring speed for a short time.

Potion

Restores some HP.

Slow Smoke

Creates a cloud of smoke that greatly decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokemon for a short time.

When just starting in Pokemon Unite, healing and defensive items like the Potion and Full Heal are great choices to bail you out of trouble. Once you start figuring out how to be aggressive, items like X Attack or X Speed can net you vital knockouts or goal scores.

You’ll start Pokemon Unite with the Leftovers held item, but once you master your movement between your goal zones, you’ll want to swap it out for something more targeted to your Pokemon. The Float Stone, for example, is great for mid-lane speedsters aiming to sneak goals behind the enemy team or move between supporting each lane. Attack Weight will beef you up over the course of a match, while Scope Lens is great for auto-attack monsters.
That’s the full Pokemon Unite item list. Be sure to check each effect carefully before designing your builds. And while you’re here, check out our Pokemon Unite hub page for more useful tips and tricks including a full controls guide for the game.
