You’ll find Sakura Bloom locations in Genshin Impact by heading to Narukami island in the Inazuma region. They’re only found on this northernmost island and appear as glowing pink clouds of petals floating in the air. They’ll look a bit like pink patches of smoke with swirls inside. Check the map above to see all the locations around Narukami Shrine and Mt. Yougou you can find Sakura Blooms. You'll find plenty in the fields around the lower levels of the island, so loop through those each day to increase your supplies.

To collect Sakura Bloom, you first need to interact with them using an Electro ability. That means characters like Fischl are extremely useful, but you can also swap your traveller over to Electro powers using the Statues of the Seven on Inazuma. Attack the Sakura Bloom locations with Electro, then run over and you’ll be able to collect them like any other resource.

Right now Sakura Blooms have two uses in Genshin Impact. For their primary purpose, they can be used to cook up some delicious Sakura Tempura, which is an excellent rhyming name, we’re sure you’ll also agree.

The second use of Sakura Blooms in Genshin Impact is as an ascension material for new character Kamisato Ayaka. If you’ve been lucky enough to unlock her in the new character banner, you’ll need to collect increasing quantities of Sakura Bloom with each Ascension level, culminating in a maximum of 60 at once. In short, if you’re planning on pulling Kamisato Ayaka, you’ll definitely want to start collecting Sakura Blooms in Genshin Impact as soon as possible.
