As with any good Destiny 2 update, Season of the Splicer has docked with a cargo bay full of new weapons, including the Chroma Rush. a Kinetic Auto Rifle boasting a high rate of fire at 720 rounds per minute. How to get the Chroma Rush in Destiny 2

To get the Chroma Rush in Destiny 2 you need to focus Umbral Engrams into Splicer Armory Engrams. Umbral Engrams can be obtained as standard drops from any enemies, so saving up is simply a case of playing through regular activities until you earn the Umbral Engrams you need. One is enough, but you might want more to obtain better rolls. On top of this, you’ll need to collect 25 Decrypted Data to focus each Umbral Engram. There are several ways to get Decrypted Data, but they’re primarily earned through weekly seasonal challenges and progressing through the Season of the Splicer season pass.
However, before you can focus your Umbral Engrams as needed, you first need to wrap up the Beneath the Great Machine quest and hand in the Triumph through the Inventory menu. Once you’ve completed the quest and have the Umbral Engrams you’re after, head to the HELM, which can be accessed from the main map Director screen. The HELM is positioned just above the Traveler in the center. Make your way to the Umbral Recaster here and use it to Focus your Umbral Engrams to Splicer Armory Engrams.
Once you have your Splicer Armory Engrams, you can decrypt them to get the Chroma Rush. There are several exciting rolls for this gun, but all feature the same incredibly satisfying sci-fi sound effect as you shoot. Enjoy, Guardians!
