The tall vampire lady has taken the internet by storm and if you, too, want to make a statement like the Romanian bombshell then HyperX's Game Glow will show you the way.

Game Glow: Casual Lady Dimitrescu Resident Evil 8 Makeup Tutorial
Lady Dimistrescu is an imposing figure, not just from her towering height – though if you've got the heels for it then that will obviously complete the look. To capture the noir-inspired class of the vampiric noblewoman, Stella starts with a paler foundation than you might normally head out to the store in, but it is essential for the look of someone averse to sunlight. Then she brushes high on the cheeks with a tinted rose blusher, as presumably when Ms Dimitrescu was last in human society this was all the rage in the opera houses of Eastern Europe.
To create a stark contrast, she also gives herself a boldly lined smoky eye, all courtesy of the tools provided by MAC Cosmetics. Then, to sell the look, she matches a deep red lipstick to pop out from the otherwise pale features. Definitely do not use blood, no matter how in character you're getting.
Then, of course, the entire look begs for era-appropriate clothing, so make sure you have pearls on hand and an extremely wide-brim hat to keep that sun off your face. Maybe a bit much for a trip to the drive-thru, but definitely classy enough for a casual night out on the hunt, sorry, town.
