A nefariously evil genius needs a right hand man or woman. In fact, it pays to have several. To help you decide which Henchmen you might like to recruit, we’ve rounded up an Evil Genius 2 Henchmen list that covers all the important characters you can recruit to tangle with agents that we’re aware of so far.

We’ve done our best to correctly attribute the stats and abilities of all Henchmen in Evil Genius 2 below. But if you notice anything doesn’t match up with what you’re seeing in the game, please leave us a message so that we can update our list! All stat values are base values listed as Vitality/Smarts/Morale. Be aware that the stats of each Henchman can be improved by 200 in each category through upgrades.

Carl Calfard

  • Type: Deception
  • Stats: 125/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Cunning Trap: Carl places a trap which deals Vitality damage
    • Imperfect Replica: Carl creates a fake loot trap in the Lair which can distract Rogues

Clara Jones

  • Type: Deception
  • Stats: 100/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Heirs and Graces: Clara distracts a single target, reducing their Suspicion and Resolve
    • Knowledge of the Ancients: Buffs a trap, improving its next chance of hitting

Dr. Magnolia Ming

  • Type: Science
  • Stats: 150/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Contagion: Unleashes a cloud of deadly microbes that attack nearby targets
    • Cure: Releases a microbe cloud that heals anyone within

Eli Barracuda Jr.

  • Type: Muscle
  • Stats: 200/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Silver Revolver: Eli loads his silver revolver with six powerful shots
    • Silver Tongue: Eli distracts a target with his charm, dealing Resolve damage while restoring his stats

Espectro (The Cabal DLC Pack)

  • Type: Unknown
  • Stats: Unknown
  • Abilities:
    • Piston Punch: Espectro charges up a devastating attack with his fists
    • Clone: Espectro uses his forbidden technology to create a clone of himself

Fugu Furukawa

  • Type: Deception
  • Stats: 150/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Food Poisoning: Fugu serves an Agent a deadly dish that poisons them
    • Blowfish Explosion: Fugu throws an explosive blowfish at the target which leaves a poisonous cloud behind

Full Metal Jackie

  • Type: Science
  • Stats: 200/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Fire Sale: Jackie’s bullets temporarily set enemies on fire
    • Hand Guns: Calls down a weapon crate to supply minions with handguns

Incendio

  • Type: Deception
  • Stats: 125/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Magic Trick: Incendio distracts all Agents and tourists within the area of effect, dealing Resolve damage
    • Misdirection: Incendio hides himself from tourists, ignoring distractions in your cover operation area for a time

IRIS 

  • Type: Science
  • Stats: 200/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Reroute Power: Reduces the damage IRIS takes and rapidly heals her
    • Security Network Link: Iris functions as a security camera while active

Janet Bombe

  • Type: Science
  • Stats: 100/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Remote Detonation: Janet hacks the munitions Agents are carrying, turning them against them
    • Scramble Evidence: Janet removes a large amount of Suspicion on a single target

Jubei

  • Type: Muscle
  • Stats: 175/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Flow: Jubei deals massively increased damage for a short duration
    • Windwalk: Jubei teleports to the targeted location.

Sir Daniel

  • Type: Muscle
  • Stats: 150/150/150
  • Abilities:
    • Camouflage: Sir Daniel dons his camouflage, making him invisible to Agents. His next attack deals increased damage
    • Trap: Sir Daniel builds a bear trap at the targeted location

Certain Henchmen such as Jubei and Fugu are widely considered better than others, so make sure to grab them if you can. Henchmen can only be obtained through Side Stories, and you’ll need to complete several stages (including ones in which they attack your base) before you’ll be able to recruit them. Their missions are long and challenging, so don’t start them if you’re not ready!
