To replay story missions in Outriders, you need to return to the game’s main lobby screen (the screen which lets you change characters). Here you should see the option to Select Story Point in the bottom left corner of the screen, right next to World Tier option and above Continue Game.

Click this and you’ll be able to revert the world state of your game to any point in the story you have reached so far. Don’t worry, this isn’t a permanent swap! You can return to your current story point at any time using the exact same steps.

Returning to a previous story point is a great way to enjoy Outriders with friends who aren’t quite so far through the game as you are. It’s also good fun to retry earlier levels with a higher-ranked character. Whether you choose to step up the World State to increase the difficulty is entirely up to you, but remember that the best loot will only drop in your highest available option.

For sidequests, things are a little simpler. So long as your current story point is at a suitable stage (i.e. you haven’t caused major changes to the environment or characters) you can simply return to the same location that you originally picked up the quest. The quest giver or quest start point should still be there, allowing you to accept it once again and play through with your current character.

That’s all we can teach you about how to replay missions in Outriders, but if you head over to our hub page you’ll find plenty of other useful tips, including how to heal with each class and how to party up to play with your friends. Have fun out there Outriders!
