Animal Crossing: New Horizons adds Valentine's Day items

Grab yourself (or your special one) a chocolate heart or bouquet ahead of Valentine's Day in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Valentine’s Day is racing towards us like it’s been struck by Eros’ arrow, and Animal Crossing: New Horizons is celebrating in style. Two new Valentine’s Day items have been added to Animal Crossing: New Horizons to help you gift a gift to a loved one or enjoy a well-earned treat for yourself. Here’s what you need to know about the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Valentine’s Day items.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons Valentine’s Day items

There are two new Valentine’s Day items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. These are the Chocolate Heart and the Heart-shaped Bouquet. Both are available to purchase from the Nook Stop terminal in the Residents Services building until the end of February 14, Valentine’s Day itself.

If you want to pick up the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Valentine’s Day items, you need to head to the Nook Stop terminal and select Nook Shopping. Once in, open up the special items menu and use the shoulder buttons to shift over to the Seasonal tab. Here's what each one will look like and cost you:

The Chocolate Heart is a wrapped up chocolate box in the shape of a heart. It’s available for 1,200 Bells.

The Heart-shaped bouquet is a stand featuring a large bundle of orange roses. It’s available for 1,200 Bells.

Both items will need to be ordered through the catalogue. This means that unless someone else orders one for you as a gift from their island, you’ll have to wait until the next day for them to show up in your mail.

Here’s hoping the new Valentine’s Day items for Animal Crossing: New Horizons inspire you to create some fancy flourishes of design for your special someone (a much-loved villager will also do fine). Remember, the big day is on February 14, and you won’t have to wait long after until Pave arrives with the party atmosphere!
