Is it just his profession or his name as well? We can’t tell you, but what we do know is that he sells a range of white armor, bow and hat customizations which are quite classy. You’ll need 10 flowers for the armour, and more for some of the hats, so make sure you’ve collected plenty before your visit. Don’t stress about forgetting his location, either.
