The quick answer to the question of whether Ghost of Tsushima has a New Game Plus mode is no, it does not. When you beat Ghost of Tsushima, you won’t be able to unlock a New Game Plus mode or additional difficulty setting.

You can always replay the game on Hard if you beat it on Medium, but you won’t be able to unlock a harder difficulty setting by beating the game on Hard. Once you beat Ghost of Tsushima, you can continue playing the game with all of your items and settings, you’re not forced to start all over again.

That said, you can start a new game if you like. It’s totally up to you. In the future, it’s always possible Ghost of Tsushima could get an update with new features like a New Game Plus mode.

As of right now though, nothing like that has been announced. Stay tuned, as we’ll be sure to update this article if (or when) a New Game Plus mode is added to Ghost of Tsushima.
