Xbox Games Showcase will show off Series X titles in 2 weeks

Xbox Games Showcase airs on July 23, bringing fresh looks at Halo Infinite and other next gen titles.

Xbox Games Showcase will give us our next glimpse of the games coming to Xbox Series X when it airs on July 23.

The showcase, part of the loose schedule of announcements during Geoff Keighley's Summer Game Fest, will begin in earnest at 9am PT/12pm ET on July 23, with a pre-show hosted by the man himself beginning an hour earlier.

You can watch the Xbox Games Showcase on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Gaming or Twitter, with links to all stream locations to be provided closer to the date itself.

We're expecting to see more of Halo Infinite after 343 Industries hinted that the next look at Master Chief's latest adventure would be during July. The showcase should also clue us in on what other first-party titles to expect on the Xbox Series X when it launches this holiday season, though we also expect there to be a smattering of third-party titles from cross-platform publishers as well.

As for that Xbox Series X release date, much like Sony's PlayStation games reveal stream last month, we're not confident we'll see any more details about when exactly the next generation of consoles will be available to buy on this showcase.

We could see more information about the rumored Xbox Series S, billed as a half-step next generation console similar in relation to the Series X as the current Xbox One S and X delineation.

What games are you hoping to see for the next generation of Xbox consoles at the Xbox Games Showcase on July 23?
