Once you've done that, you can check your Twitch notifications to see if you've gotten a drop. If you have, you'll see an entry with the orange Hyper Scape logo saying "You just received the Technical Test Access Drop for watch [streamer] play Hyper Scape." Because your Ubisoft and Twitch accounts are linked, you won't get a code to put in anywhere, it'll already be in your Uplay account.
