We’ve made it to the end of the week, it’s finally Friday, and in Destiny 2 this means it’s once again time to track down Xur. Every week, Xur appears at a random location, and it can be a pain to cycle through areas he usually spawns to find him. Because of this, Destiny 2 players often do a quick search online to learn Xur’s weekly whereabouts.
As for why Destiny 2 players visit Xur every week, it’s because they’re able to buy new Exotic items from Xur’s inventory which refreshes every week. If you don’t see anything you want to buy from Xur one week, you can always visit him again the following week to see if there’s anything worth buying.

Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - June 5, 2020

Every week in Destiny 2, Xur pops up at a random location starting on Friday and acts as the game’s Exotic goods vendor. To buy items from Xur, you’ll first need to cycle through all of the locations where Xur is known to appear. Doing this can eat up quite some time, so it makes sense that Destiny 2 players prefer to search for his location online.
Note that if you search for Xur before his spawn time of 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), you may miss Xur even if you’ve made your way to the correct location. Because of this, we recommend waiting until the aforementioned time before you head out to meet with Xur.
Once Xur arrives in Destiny 2, he remains in the same spot for a few days and sells both Exotic armor pieces and a random Exotic weapon. If you want to buy something from Xur, you have until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST) to do so. After Tuesday, you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to buy Exotic items from Xur again.
During the week of June 5, Xur can be found in The Rig area on Titan. To reach Xur, you’ll first need to spawn in on Titan, then head over to the Landing Zone. Near the edge of the platform, there’s a square building. Inside this building, you’ll find Xur standing at the back by the wall. During the week of June 5 through June 9, you can visit Xur at the location outlined above. When you speak to Xur, he’ll let you browse through his updated inventory of Exotic items. If you see something you like, you can purchase items from Xur in exchange for Legendary Shards.
Xur’s inventory refreshes every week, so if you don’t see anything you want to buy this week, you can save your Legendary Shards and check back with Xur next week. In addition to Exotic armor for Titans, Hunters, and Warlocks, you can purchase one Exotic weapon from Xur each week as well as a Fated Engram.

During the week of June 5 through June 5 in Destiny 2, Xur is selling a Suros Regime auto rifle that comes rolled with SUROS Legacy where the last half of every magazine deals bonus damage and also regens health. It also comes with Spinning Up where holding down the trigger increases the weapon’s rate of fire.
For many Destiny 2 players, the Suros Regime is one of the best auto rifles in the game right now. If you love using auto rifles but don’t currently own a Suros Regime, there’s no harm picking one up from Xur this week. Xur also has a few Exotic armor pieces that may be useful, though all of them are pieces we’ve seen often in Xur’s inventory, particularly the Claws of Ahamkara.
If you already own all of the Exotic items Xur has available for purchase, or you don’t see anything you like, you can save your Legendary Shards and check back in with Xur next week to see if he has something a little more appealing.
