It’s everyone’s favorite day of the week, Xur day! Every Friday in Destiny 2, Xur appears at a random location, causing players to ask where to find him along with what Exotics he’s selling. When you find Xur, you can purchase Exotic items in exchange for Legendary Shards including armor pieces and a cool Exotic weapon.
Xur’s inventory refreshes each week, so if you were unable to find anything to buy last week, it’s worth checking in with Xur again this week.
Because Xur’s location changes, finding him can be something of a hassle. To make the process easier, we’ve put together a guide explaining where to find Xur in Destiny 2 and all of the Exotic items he has available for purchase during the week of April 24, 2020!
Where to find Xur in Destiny 2 - April 24, 2020

Every Friday, Xur appears in Destiny 2 at a random location and sells Exotic goods in exchange for Legendary Shards. To find him, it helps to remember that Xur typically cycles between areas he’s previously visited.
While this can make it easier to whittle down locations where he could be, it’s still a pain to have to go through each potential spawn location in order to find him. Keep in mind that if you search for Xur before his spawn time of 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST), you may miss him even if you correctly guess where he’s going to spawn.
When Xur appears in Destiny 2, he’ll stay put in the same spot for a few days and will sell Exotic armor pieces and a random Exotic weapon. If you want to buy something from Xur, you have until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. (PST), 1:00 p.m. (EST), and 6:00 p.m. (BST) to do so.
After Tuesday ends, you’ll need to wait until the following Friday to buy Exotic items from Xur. During the week of April 24, Xur can be found on Nessus in the Watcher’s Grave area.
To elaborate on this, you’ll first need to spawn on Nessus, then head over to the Watcher’s Grave area. There, you’ll find Calus’ Barge. At the very top of Calus’ Barge, you’ll find Xur hanging out, minding his business.

From April 24 through April 28, you’ll be able to find Xur at the location outlined above. When you speak to Xur, you’ll be able to browse through his updated inventory full of Exotic items. Xur’s inventory refreshes every week, so if you don’t see anything you want to buy this week rest assured that Xur will be back again next week with new items for you to buy.
Along with Exotic armor for Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans, you’ll be able to purchase one Exotic weapon from Xur as well as a Fated Engram. This week, Xur has a weapon we haven’t seen in his inventory for a while, the Fighting Lion Exotic grenade launcher. This grenade launcher is a rarer entry in Xur’s inventory, and a highly coveted item for many Destiny 2 players. As such, you’ll want to make sure you scoop it up while Xur has it available as we’re not quite sure when it’ll pop up again.
